All necessary inspections and checks have been carefully carried out to ensure the vehicle is prepared to a high standard prior to delivery.

Please be advised that your warranty cover begins from the date of purchase, meaning your vehicle is protected from day one. Should any issue occur, no matter how soon after purchase, your warranty cover will already be in place from the outset.

Any warranty repairs may be carried out at any VAT-registered garage. However, it is essential that the following strict warranty guidelines are followed at all times:

  • Always contact the Warranty Claims Team before any work is carried out.
  • Repairs must never be authorised without prior approval.
  • Diagnostic charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Courtesy vehicles are not provided under the warranty cover.

In addition, every vehicle also includes breakdown assistance cover. If you experience a problem outside of normal business hours, please contact the breakdown provider directly so they can assist and, where possible, diagnose the vehicle at the roadside.
