Warranty Coverage
Many of our vehicles come with a warranty provided by an independent warranty company. This is designed to give you added peace of mind, covering certain mechanical and electrical components (subject to the terms and conditions of your specific policy).

Administration Services
All warranty policies and claims are administered directly by the warranty provider. Car Hub Birmingham does not manage or authorise claims ourselves, but we are happy to guide you through the process if needed.
Making a Claim
If you experience an issue with your vehicle and believe it may be covered under your warranty, please follow these steps:
1. Contact your warranty provider immediately
Use the contact details provided in your warranty documentation.
2. Do not authorise repairs without approval
The warranty provider must approve any work before it is carried out. Failure to do so may result in your claim being declined.
3. Provide required information
