We bought a 2010 Ford Focus for my son, last week. I know nothing about cars and found Harry/Robert to be super helpful, without any of the sales pressure. I felt that they were a trustworthy, reliable and efficient company with a good reputation. Their cars come from a good supplier and the Ford we bought certainly looked immaculate. It drives well and my son is really happy with it. We had an issue with the lack of a locking wheel nut set and I have to say they sorted it immediately without hesitation. I dealt with their Aftersales department on this. This is when you know you've made the right decision. It's how companies deal with problems, post-sale that tells you how good they really are. Seriously impressed with Car Hub. When I'm finally able to upgrade my Golf, I will check with them first. Very happy with their service and with the car! I don't often leave reviews but they went out of their way to sort our issue and I'm very grateful.

Excellent customer service considering to the current restrictions. We had conversed over the phone and by message. Harry sent me an internal and external video of the car and agreed a part exchange deal for my old car. When we arrived at the showroom, Harry handed us the keys and let us go over the car at our leisure, and then let us test drive the car unaccompanied. All in all, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

After having a run of bad luck finding a second hand car and being messed around by dodgy dealers, we thankfully came across Harry at Car Central and have been wowed by his professionalism, friendly nature and helpfulness.
We spotted the car on Auto Trader, messaged Car Central and had a response almost immediately. The next day I spoke with Harry on the phone and he gave me a full and detailed description of the vehicle and the warranty details before taking a nifty video of the car inside and out and sending it to me. All very welcome in these strange and difficult Covid times!
Once we were happy with the look of the car, we paid our £100 deposit and Harry got the ball rolling with putting a 12 month MOT on the car at no extra cost. A day later the MOT was done and the car was delivered! We are about 45 miles away from Birmingham. No payment was due until we had taken delivery of the car and were sure we were happy with it after a quick test drive and inspection. This very fact gave us reassurance that Harry was perfectly confident of the great condition of the car he was selling us.
All in all, a smooth, hassle free and enjoyable process - Car Central Birmingham come highly recommended!

I bought a car from Harry at car central a while ago and the service was second to none since owning the car for a few months I noticed a bit of a noise from what I thought was the gearbox. I informed Harry who had me bring the car back he had it checked found the flywheel was shattered . From there Harry sorted it out with warranty company on my behalf I know he had do a lot of chasing people up but he got it all booked in and fitted a new clutch within days. I could not be more happy with the service I received and would defo recommend Car Central to anyone buying a car. The service I received from both Harry and Ashley was amazing.

Saw a Golf advertised on Autotrader and placed a holding deposit on the car to view the following day when I went to view, i decided against it and my deposit was refunded. A few days later I saw another car I was interested in, and went to view and test drive a BMW, which I bought. Great price, top lads. Recommend

Harry and Ashley 2 top gentle men helpful and go the extra mile to help me every way possible. Seen a car on auto trader phoned and quick to answer phone said they had a slot so went down looked at the car perfect manager he was very helpful and never give the salesman special speech he was down to earth and to the point and honest and chooses the car that I liked and picked it up 3 days later cleaned in and out and later that day to call me to see if the car was ok and do I liked the car and was I happy

Called them after seeing a car I was interested in on AutoTrader. They stayed late for me, as I was travelling down from Manchester and couldn't get there before their closing time, which was very helpful. Car was as described, and a great price. Great service from this garage and would recommend.
Staff are friendly and very helpful, whole process was easy and transparent.

Just bought a Mini Clubman from these guys top marks paid £100 deposit they got the car MOT and serviced for me before I turned up and I was not disappointed. Car was in great condition drove lovely. 12 months warranty and full Mot. That gave us confidence in buying the car and also that is a reason we drove 150 miles to view it. First class service. After speaking to the sales staff felt happy to leave £100 refundable deposit and a Golf GTI. They put a fresh MOT and serviced the car for me before I viewed the car as I lived 150 miles away. When I turned up to see the car I was very happy. Its was as described and more. So as requested I put a small deposit on a vehicle that was advertised. Awating a fresh mot and some other small repairs and maintenance for the vehicle I wanted to view. Only complaint was the very short time I had to wait just didn't work for myself. 3 days total. Not a long wait by any means. Spoke with a pleasent sales person who refunded my deposit without any delay. Shame it didn't work out but just took too long for my requirements would consider using in the future. Thanks
